How do color catcher sheets work?

How do I use laundry whitening sheets?
Simply place up to 2 HEITMANN Laundry Whitening Wipes directly in the drum with your white laundry, add your regular detergent and start the wash cycle. They work at all temperatures and with both liquid and powder detergents.
Do laundry whitening sheets remove yellowing and grayness from white clothes?
HEITMANN Laundry Whitening Wipes are designed to refresh white laundry and counteract graying. Results can depend on the type and condition of the fabric; certain stains, such as yellowing caused by sunscreen, cannot be removed by the wipes.
How do I descale with citric acid?
Citric acid is an effective way to remove limescale and mineral deposits caused by hard water. HEITMANN Pure Citric Acid can be used for many household appliances and surfaces. Always follow the directions on the packaging and the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.
Can I descale my coffee maker or electric kettle with citric acid?
Yes. Add ½ cup (75 ml) of HEITMANN Pure Citric Acid and fill with water up to the limescale buildup. Heat the solution, let it sit briefly, then rinse thoroughly
Is citric acid safe for descaling with hot water?
Yes, when used as directed. HEITMANN has tested its citric-acid-based descalers for hot-water appliances. Heating the solution can actually help dissolve limescale more quickly.
How do I deep clean my washing machine?
For a thorough deep clean, use HEITMANN 3-in-1 Washing Machine Hygiene Cleaner to clean the detergent dispenser, rubber seals, door glass, and the inside of the washing machine. Run an empty wash cycle at 140°F (60°C) without laundry or detergent, following the product directions and your washing machine manufacturer’s care instructions. Regular deep cleaning helps remove limescale, deposits, and buildup that can accumulate inside your machine.
Why does my washing machine smell bad, and how can I get rid of the odor?
Unpleasant washing machine odors can be caused by bacteria, moisture, and buildup inside the machine. If odors remain after cleaning, use HEITMANN Washing Machine Cleaner again according to the directions and select a hot 203°F (95°C) cycle. To help prevent musty washing machine smells, leave the washer door open when the machine is not in use so moisture can escape.

Can I use HEITMANN Cleaning Soda & Laundry Booster to remove grease and burnt-on food?
Yes. HEITMANN Cleaning Soda & Laundry Booster helps remove stubborn grease and burnt-on residue from cookware, baking sheets, baking pans, and grill grates. For pots and pans, prepare a washing soda solution and bring it to a boil to help loosen tough residue. Baking sheets, pans, and grill grates can be cleaned with a hot soda solution. Always rinse thoroughly with hot water after cleaning.
Can I use HEITMANN Cleaning Soda & Laundry Booster in my washing machine?
No. HEITMANN Cleaning Soda & Laundry Booster should not be added directly to the washing machine. While it helps remove minerals and limescale from water, these deposits are not dissolved and may accumulate beneath the washing machine drum and potentially affect the drainage system. For laundry care, use HEITMANN PURE Washing Soda as a pre-soak for heavily soiled laundry in a separate container, following the directions for use. It is not suitable for wool, silk, or color-sensitive fabrics.
